Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Apostolic Campus Church (ACC), the Global Youth Ministry (GYM), and the Apostles' Feet Foundation (AFF) collect through this platform, why, and how it's protected.
What we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: your name, contact details, address, and demographic information (when you register as a member or enroll in discipleship); health information and personal salvation testimony you choose to share as part of member or discipleship records; financial need details you provide in an AFF assistance request; the content of prayer requests and counseling bookings you submit (which can be made anonymously); giving/donation records, including any payment reference or proof-of-payment image you upload; and account information such as your username, hashed password, and two-factor authentication setup if you have a login.
Why we collect it
We use this information to run church operations: maintaining membership and discipleship records, reviewing and responding to prayer requests and counseling bookings, assessing and processing AFF assistance requests, confirming and recording giving, and keeping your account secure.
Who can see it
Access is role-based. Only the specific ministry admin responsible for an area (e.g. Membership, Discipleship, Finance, AFF) can see the records relevant to their role, and the superadmin has full oversight. Sensitive categories — health information, salvation testimonies, and AFF financial details — are only visible to the admins directly responsible for reviewing them, not the wider staff.
Minors
Some of our programs, including school-based Global Youth Ministry activities and discipleship for younger members, may involve minors. Where information about a minor is collected, it is collected with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or the school/church context in which the activity takes place, and is subject to the same access controls as any other record.
Security
Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing, never in plain text. Finance and superadmin accounts — the roles with access to money and full platform control — require two-factor authentication. Production traffic is served over HTTPS.
Third-party services
If you use the language selector, the page content you view is sent to Google's translation service to be translated — no account or form data is sent this way, only the visible page text. Password reset and other account emails are sent through our email service provider.
How long we keep it
We keep membership, discipleship, and financial records for as long as needed for church administration and record-keeping, and as required by South Sudanese law. You can ask us to review what we hold about you at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting the church office directly — see the Contact page for details. Anonymous prayer requests and counseling bookings are not linked to any account and cannot be retrieved or deleted individually once submitted.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the platform evolves. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
